I love me some good keto + low-carb eating, but it is DANG HARD to find HEALTHY keto or low carb recipes. Most of them that I find are loaded with artificial sweeteners, dairy or processed junk.

I made it a mission to try and find some actual healthy recipes that fit my whole food lifestyle philosophy.

Here are my favorite healthy keto + low carb recipes for each meal of the day:

BREAKFAST

MAIN COURSE

17 | Keto Coffee (You can replace butter for ghee if you don’t want dairy. And if you don’t drink coffee, sub the coffee for some black tea!)

Looking to make these even healthier?

  1. Switch out butter for grass-fed ghee or unrefined coconut oil.

  2. Ditch the added sweeteners. No sugar, no problem. These recipes are completely delicious without the added sweetness.
